  To request a resolution, contact us at info@piancapizza.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Cancellations:
  Once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed as preparation may begin immediately. Please call the restaurant promptly to inquire about cancellations.

• Delivery:
  Deliveries are made to the main entrance of the specified delivery address unless otherwise agreed upon with the driver. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and will not be refunded.

• Minimum Orders & Time Estimates:
  Delivery availability depends on your location, weather, and restaurant hours. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Food Allergies and Special Diets

In compliance with the Connecticut Public Health Code, customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the restaurant directly before ordering.
We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens (including nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, etc.), even if stated otherwise.

6. Site Conduct and Restrictions

7. E-commerce and Payments

By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge your card or payment method for your order and any applicable taxes and delivery fees. All transactions are processed securely.

All contests or sweepstakes will be governed by separate rules in accordance with Connecticut state law, including eligibility requirements and contest duration.
